Получение тонкопленочных электретов на основе фторопласта - 4 и изготовление приборов на их... Аннотация. В дипломном проекте рассмотрен электретный эффект в пленках фторопластата - 4 толщиной 10 мкм с односторонней металлизацией алюминием. Разработана новая ячейка для электретирования в плазме газового разряда. Было проведено исследование влияния технологических факторов на получение и характеристики электретов. Для подтверждения модели формирования заряда проведены оптические исследования электретированных пленок. На основе полученных мембран разработан и изготовлен макет электретного датчика для экспериментального комплекса исследования проходимости бронхов.
