Согласно концепции, три ключевые единицы образуют три контролируемых звена: 1) фирма-потребитель; 2) фирма-персонал; 3) персонал-потребитель. Для того чтобы эффективно управлять маркетингом в фирме услуг, необходимо развивать три стратегии направленные на эти три звена.
