:The second section reports the findings on the pastors role as seen through interviews with the pastor and other interview participants. This book is for Pastors and Principals in Christian Churches and Young Christian Day Schools as Administrators. As much as possible the researcher tried to let the interviewees own words tell the story of power and authority at this selected church and school. The final section reports on the interview findings with the principal and her staff participants. The research was completed to help young first time Christian Administrators learn to deal with the issues of Power and Authority in the secular world. The results are in three sections: the first section deals with the findings from the documents which were reviewed by the researcher.
