Целью данной работы является рассмотрение права интеллектуальной собственности, ознакомление с системой юридических норм, регулирующих межгосударственные отношения в сфере права интеллектуальной собственности. В первой главе работы мы попытаемся осветить некоторые аспекты, касающиеся интеллектуальной собственности, а так же международный порядок регулирования прав интеллектуальной собственности. Во второй главе мы рассмотрим конкретные виды интеллектуальной собственности и права: международное патентное право, международное авторское право, средства индивидуализации юридического лица. Цель реферата: ознакомиться с правовым регулированием права интеллектуальной собственности на международном уровне. Задачи: 1) рассмотреть основные аспекты правового регулирования прав интеллектуальной собственности; 2) рассмотреть конкретные виды интеллектуальной собственности. 1. Понятие международного права интеллектуальной собственности Понятие интеллектуальной собственности трактуется как собирательное понятие: это так называемые исключительные права физических или юридических лиц на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности и приравненные к ним средства индивидуализации юридического лица, индивидуализации продукции, выполняемых работ или услуг (cт. 138 ГК РФ). Интеллектуальная собственность поясняется также определением ее как нематериального блага.
