Испанское рыцарство /"Песнь о Сиде"/ В то же время не вызывает сомнений, что Сид и его дружинники были связаны отношениями вассалитета в прямом смысле этого слова, т. e. отношениями, установленными при помощи церемонии оммажа (home aje). Вассалы обозначаются в «Песне» разными терминами: vassalos, los sos (los de Campeodor, e c.). Испанские историки определяют вассалитет как отношения служения, защиты и взаимной верности, заключавшиеся между принадлежавшими к рыцарскому сословию людьми. При этом вассал клялся сеньору в верности и обязывался служить ему, прежде всего в военных действиях, при условии получения поддержки от сеньора . Эта поддержка выражалась либо в земельных пожалованиях (в условное держание или полную собственность), либо в денежных выплатах. Как уже отмечалось выше, королевские вассалы получали от монарха бенефиции (o ores) на управление определенными территориями. Сид также наделял своих вассалов землями. Захватив Валенсию и превратив ее в свою вотчину (heredad) , Сид выделил земельные владения и дома в полную собственность своим ближайшим соратникам, ушедшим с ним в изгнание: 1245. | |
